Left on 30th January 1916, commissioned into Heavy Machine Gun Corps. 6th May 1917 - to D Bn. HMGC 22nd December 1917- leave to UK 5th January 1918- to 4th Bn Tank Corps 20th July 1918- leave to UK 10th August 1918- rejoined unit 28th December 1918- leave. 19th September 1918- Temp/Lt 14th April 1919- demobilized.
